Tell Us Your Story

Initial Assessment
Your first session is a full 1-on-1 assessment. We'll evaluate how you move, diagnose any issues, and get to the root of what's actually driving the problem, so you leave with real answers and a clear picture of whats going on.

Get a Customized Plan
A customized plan built around your goals, needs, and preferences — not pulled from a template. In-person sessions combined with online coaching through the Redeem App keep you progressing between visits. We don't just get you out of pain. We build the capacity to make sure it stays that way.
